Giulia Marchiori Ceresa is a senior philanthropy advisor at the Climate Leadership Initiative (CLI). 

Heather has more than 18 years of experience in politics, serving in senior positions in Democratic political campaigns across the country. She was campaign manager for Tom Steyer’s 2020 presidential campaign and the Executive Director at NextGen America comprising a budget of more than $75 million for the 2018 cycle. Heather worked on both of President Obama’s presidential campaigns, including serving as general election director in Nevada in 2008. She is an advisor to Climate Power and Breakthrough Energy.
